Laguna Beach,California — This is what my 11-year-old son Donnie said upon hearing the new track titled Shake N Bake (Before School) by Price Dinero . When Shake N Bake caught my attention. What is this? I found myself wondering. It was a totally fresh dance tune, much to my surprise. As Price Dinero previously stated, this version of the song was never intended to be solely instrumental. He created it with the intentions of having a rapper rap over it.
But, with time constraints and the ever-increasing frustrations of having to wait on artists to get their business in order . Without hesitation, Price released the upbeat instrumental on his imprint DopeFahEVA! . Shake N Bake has a magic that cannot be described in words. It bursts its way through the speakers and into your soul with its deep 808 synth bass,playful pluck sounds, and rhythmic hi-hat drum patterns. You’re almost forced to get into a groove and dance. In terms of dance, my kids enjoy dancing to it and Shake N Bake has become their new favorite dance tune. Dance and party songs, after all, are nothing new. But Price Dinero’s Shake N Bake (Before School), on the other hand, is a gem for today’s dance community. What Shake N Bake’s numbers will do is unknown. But I know what the kids and I are going to do, and….THAT’S DANCE.
