Shocking Video Captures Bengals’ Cam Taylor-Britt’s November Jeep Crash, revealing just how close the NFL cornerback came to losing his life in a violent late-night accident.
Cam Taylor-Britt, a standout defensive back for the Cincinnati Bengals, told police he was only a passenger during a terrifying crash that unfolded in November, when a Jeep flipped violently after slamming into a parked vehicle.
Surveillance footage from the early-morning incident shows a black Jeep — registered to Taylor-Britt — speeding through a red light at around 3:00 a.m. on November 15. Seconds later, the vehicle collides with a parked car, rolls over, and lands upside down before sliding out of the camera’s frame.
Bodycam video later obtained by Local 12 paints an even stranger picture. When officers arrived at the scene, the wrecked vehicle was abandoned. Police eventually tracked down Taylor-Britt and his brother, Jafabian Booker, but their explanations about who was driving didn’t line up.
During questioning, Taylor-Britt admitted that his driver’s license was suspended at the time of the crash. Initially, Booker claimed a drunk woman had been behind the wheel and fled the scene. However, after further discussion with police, Booker ultimately took responsibility and said he was the driver.

Adding to the shock, the crash occurred just one day before Taylor-Britt suffered a season-ending injury during a matchup between the Bengals and the Pittsburgh Steelers — an injury that sidelined him for the remainder of the year.
The legal fallout came months later. Earlier this month, Taylor-Britt pleaded guilty to reckless driving and operating a vehicle with a restricted license. He was sentenced to five days in jail, bringing a sobering close to an incident that could have ended far worse.
The dramatic footage and conflicting stories have turned what could have been a forgotten late-night accident into a stark reminder of how quickly lives — and careers — can change in a single moment.
